Production Concrete Worker (Days) - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is looking for construction laborers to work in the Kutztown area (30 minutes outside of Reading, PA).

This is a day shift role Monday-Friday and pays $11 per hour.

Candidate will be working in the production building as a concrete worker/general laborer. Will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible to learn all the skills listed on the Production Worker Skill Sheet.
Gather the components required to be placed in form and layout, as directed by Leadperson.
Prepare forms for the day's pour by cleaning, caulking and oiling of forms.
Responsible to maintain an attitude of safety awareness as it pertains to department, company, and corporate
safety rules, regulations and procedures by demonstrating he/she can work in a safe manner on a continual
basis, by following established procedures in the areas of safety/health ensuring the safety of his/her
fellow co-workers is not jeopardized by their actions.
As directed, fabricate steel bars into cages for precast pieces.
Properly place the components into form at required locations prior to stressing cable.
Inspect chuck assemblies, prior to chucking cable, for defects and cleanliness and replace, if required.
