MUST HAVES:
BS degree and 5-7 years of related experience (CEBS, PHR, or SPHR preferred) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and ADP
Responsibilities: As a member of our Human Resources department, this position will provide day-to-day administration of benefit plans and programs, work with third party administrators, administer ACA and PFLL record-keeping and compliance, and work with employee inquiries and process benefit plan invoices.
In addition, this position will provide consultation and guidance to all levels of the organization and assist with financial reporting, compliance and data management.
