Register Guests, providing rooms with or without reservations. This includes servicing them as well. Provide available information on rooms and rates, furnish room keys and hotel information. These duties include checking guests pout of rooms. Handle complaints, comments and requests. Perform bookkeeping duties as required. Attention to detail and strong communication is a must. Must be flexible. Bilingual a plus.
