Inside Sales Support Representative

The duties for this position include (But are not limited) to the following:

Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide basic support to both customer and

outside sales team as follows:

- Handle customer sales order entry and follow up for various product lines

- Submit factory quote requests/orders and follow up.

- Create purchase orders for distribution items.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Field telephone calls.

„h

Update electronic product literature files.

„h

Other responsibilities to be discussed at time of interview.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior customer support experience with both end-user customers and an outside sales

team.

„h

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

„h

Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

„h

Excellent communication skills.

„h

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

„h

A mechanical aptitude and familiarity with engineered equipment would be favored in this

position.
