About this job

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to support our carbide manufacturing facility in Irwin, PA!

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently utilize a variety of measuring tools including rulers, calipers, and micrometers
  • Utilize boring tools, grinding blades, and wrenches
  • Read and understand blueprints, sketches, and written/oral communication
  • Ensure that the quality of work meets and/or exceeds company standards and specifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Bridgeport Mill, Vertical Lathe, CNC (Haas) Mill, and CNC (Haas) Lathe required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • One (1) year experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting required
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and professional demeanor
  • Must be able to comfortably wear a respirator during entirety of shift

Pay Rate and Benefits:

  • Pay rate for this position is $15.00 - $18.00+ depending on experience
