About this job
The Janitor/Housecleaning Specialist is responsible for cleaning customer's homes or commercial offices according to company specifications and assuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the work that was completed.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Clean houses & light commercial locations, to include cleaning bathrooms, bathrooms fixtures, shower & tubs, and including washing floors, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming carpets, dusting, polishing and other cleaning related activities with a variety of cleaners, chemicals, disinfectants, and machines.
* Perform all tasks assigned by management and to be able to work independently with a team environment.
* Pick up necessary cleaning materials and have all the proper tools before they arrive at a job site.
* Call each customer before arriving at the job site and keep the customer informed of any potential delays.
* Provide the customer with professional work done in a timely manner that meets company standards.
* Represent Sears Maid Services professionally at all times when on company time, and thank customers for their business and ask them to refer Sears Maid Service to friends and family.
* Fill out all required Sears Maid Services paperwork in a prompt manner and return all information back to the office or as instructed by management.
* Handle checks, credit card information, and cash in a responsible manner and return payment to the office, or as instructed by management, promptly after the work is completed.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

* Valid Driver License for the State of employment
* 18 years of age or older
