Production Specialist

Duties may include:

• Reading design specifications
• Performing a variety of operations to assemble, fit, prepare and finish final product
• Analyzing and evaluating problems and coming up with solutions
• Effectively uses hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
• Can accurately read and use a tape measure
• Responsible for inspecting material before and after assembly
• Assisting team in achieving department goals
• Training new team members

Job Requirements:

• Must have recent 6-8 months experience in Light Industrial environment
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to effectively communicate with a team
• A proven history of delivering exceptional work
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Utilizes safety practices at all times
• Prioritizing workflow and time management
• Able to lift 1-50 lbs repetitively
• One year working in a wood/carpentry industry a plus

Supervision: This position has minimal supervision. Teamwork is essential to work towards a common goal.

Basic working conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
