CDL-Class B-BOBTAIL DELIVERY DRIVER/ Warehouse Worker
Staffmark Drivers has immediate openings with one of our largest suppliers & manufacturers of automotive custom parts! We're looking for exceptional commercial drivers like you to join our transportation team!!!
Driver Job Duties:
Seeking to hire commercial CDL Class B Bobtail (24ft) driver / warehouse worker.
Backup-bobtail driver will operate a CDL B box truck ( Bobtail Truck) on an as-needed basis.
When not driving, driver will work in a warehouse environment 20% of the time, functions will be from shipping and receiving, stocking and restocking inventory, and operating a sit down/ stand up forklift.
Deliveries can vary from 5-20 stops per day, driver will manually lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and will be using a manual pallet jack and/or hand truck.
Will be transporting auto parts, rims, tires, and performance products to retailers & distribution centers in the Los Angeles, Orange Co and San Diego areas.
Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently and keep current and accurate delivery manifest logs on a daily schedule.
Pay Rate: 16.00 Per Hour +OT
Shift:
Monday- Friday
Start Time Approximately : 630AM
Job Requirements:
23 year of age or older
Minimum 1 year or more CDL Class B 24ft Bobtail (5-6 Speed) driving experience within the past 36 months
Must have good knowledge of Greater Los Angeles/ Orange Co. and surrounding cities
Driver may not exceed any combination of 3 moving violations and/or preventable accidents on their MVR in the past 36 months.
No DUI/DWI's in the past 10 years
Good customer service and communication skills
Must be a team-player, and have a "can do" attitude and assist wherever needed!
What do you need?
H-6/10 year MVR printout from DMV (no older than 30 days)
Valid Commercial CDL Class B Driver License -- No restrictions
Valid Medical Certification
