* Develop and maintain test plans
* Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts
* Execute test cases based on the phase of testing (functional, system, integration, etc.)
* Ensure required documentation for projects is developed
* Documentation of defects in tracking system
* Communicate effectively and timely with customers, team members, and management regarding the status of test case execution
* Ensure that testing deliverables are completed within defined schedule and budget
* Update or write documentation as necessary (requirements, AS Is Processes)
Experience and Skills
* 1+ years experience in IT or Quality Assurance testing
* Experience testing IT systems and applications
* Strong attention to detail
* Eager to learn
* Open-minded to changes and processes
* Willing to express ideas as well as listen
* Ability to work independently with some direction from QA Lead, QA Manager or Project Manager
* Wrong written and verbal communication skills
