InnoSource has partnered with a third-party collections agency that is a top leader in its industry! We are looking for career driven individuals to fill a Collections Representative role in Gahanna. In this position, the individual will be working as a representative making payment arrangements and collecting on past due accounts.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience along with negotiation and rebutting skills. We want a motivated candidate who continually strives to not only meet, but exceed goals in the work environment.
Details:
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday (Three Days: 8am-5pm and Two Days: 12pm-9pm or 12pm-7pm
- Half day every other Saturday from 8am-12pm
- Pay ranges from $12 to $16 per hour depending on experience!
- Monthly uncapped bonuses based on performance

Requirements
Requirements for a Collections Representative:
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience in a call center environment
- Impeccable attendance record
- Excellent problem solver
- Previous collections experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
