About this job

The Customer Account Executive is responsible for receiving qualified leads and converting them into new customers for the Sears Commercial business. This position serves as a product expert that actively listens to customer needs and finds meaningful solutions. This position works hand-in-hand with Acquisition Managers and Success Managers, partnering to deliver a best-in-class customer experience for the customers. Convert pre-qualified leads into new customers.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Builds proposals and quotes for new customers
  • Negotiates pricing and terms with new customers
  • Conducts follow-ups with customer and sets clear explicit expectations with customers
  • Closes sales to convert new customers
  • Works with customer success team to ensure a best-in-class customer onboarding experience
  • Documents all activity within Salesforce.com
  • Provides management with a weekly update
  • Other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling
  • Ability to converse with and influence senior leaders in companies
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines

Education Experience: HS Graduate or Equivalent
