Food manufacturer in Elgin, IL is seeking 10 production worker / batch makers to join their 2nd shift team. These are 10 hour shifts. You will make a lot of money. These production worker openings are direct hire positions with a growing company.
Production Worker / Batch maker Duties:
- Measures and mixes ingredients repetitively for one process to a pre-set standard striving to exceed productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Performs pre-operational checks.
- Dumps product into hopper.
Production Worker / Batch Maker Qualifications:
- 6+ month in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read thermometers and measuring cups
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Hours: Monday - Friday | 2 PM - midnight
Pay: $12.20 - $14.30/hr, based on skills and experience
