Position: CNC Punch/Laser Operator
Job Summary: Responsible for the fabrication of sheet metal products to customer specifications assuring that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
Location: De Forest, WI
Pay:
- 2nd Shift CNC Punch/Laser Operator - $18-22/hr.
Schedule: 2nd Shift
- 2nd Shift – Mon-Thur (4p-2:30a)
Job Duties:
- Set-up and operate CNC Punch/Laser – Load material and programs to machine to make customer products
- Review and verify quality of laser cut; adjusting as needed to maintain an excellent level of quality
- Load materials into and execute automated material handling on automated material tower
- Read and use a digital caliper and other inspection equipment
- Validate parts meet customer specifications
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read blue prints
- Ability to use fundamental inspection equipment
- Previous CNC Laser or Punch experience preferred but will train a candidate who possess good mechanical aptitude, is reliable, has a desire to learn and is committed to outstanding quality and safety performance
- High School Diploma or equivalent and must be 18 years of age
