Sales Account Representative

Express Employment is currently hiring for a Sales Account Representative wholesale distributor of specialty products. This position is located in Ormond Beach, FL. Hours of operation are weekdays 9-5.

The Sales Account Representative is responsible for the day-to-day and long term account management, strategy implementation, and planning within the assigned territory to maximize revenues and achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible for the implementation of corporate initiatives, improving processes, as well as developing and sustaining strong customer partnerships; including negotiating favorable pricing, order volumes, and shipping/payment terms. 

Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieve and maintain sales quotas and other objectives.
• Using Internet research and other resources to generate leads and create detailed listings of potential customers.
• Generate new business and convert leads into customers through phone calls, e-mails, and other means.
• Use Salesforce.com and other tools to document, trend, and report all leads, opportunities and customers.
• Generate and maintain distribution lists for all contacts.
• Use distribution lists to provide contacts with Catalog updates, including current product information, pricing, and specials.
• Create promotional flyers, and distribute them using distribution lists.
• Practice and promote a team culture, building and maintaining solid working relationships with co-workers. 
• Respond to short-notice requirements with a high degree of urgency, respecting the needs of the company and its customers. 
Requirements
• Some College is preferred, but not required
• Ability to solve basic math quickly and accurately 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

This is an apprentice-level Sales position--$12.50 to $15.00/hr DOE
