This position is for a 2nd shift Lead Machinist.
Your duties as a Lead Machinist will include but are not limited to: Delegate jobs to staff, Aid employees in problem solving, Set up and operate one or more of the following machines, VMC’s, Turning Centers, manual lathes, drill presses and various secondary equipment; may be required to operate multiple machines at once. Inspect work produced, including in-process inspection, using micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, CMM, or other measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications. Perform daily/weekly machine maintenance. Willingness to work overtime as needed, and perform any and all other tasks as assigned by your supervisor as required. In addition, you’ll be expected to follow all safety standards in the operation of all equipment.
Requirements: Have the ability to modify programs if needed, Be able to setup tools, fixturing, and work offsets, Interpret blue prints, Be able to work independently as well as with others.
Pay is $18-$24+/hr depending on experience.

Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 /hour
Required experience:

• CNC Setup: 3 years
• Machinist: 5 years
