LOCATION: Bellevue, WA
PAY: $13.00 - 14.00 / hour
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION: NW Staffing is looking for a detailed, organized individual who is confident, tech savvy, and highly motivated for our client, a fast-growing music service provider in Bellevue. An ideal candidate is a quick learner, calm under pressure, and a self-starter who has strong communication skills over the phone. This position performs tasks and projects as assigned by the Technical Support department that are related to technical assistance and product support to customers. This is a temp to hire position.
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Effectively troubleshoot and provide assistance with equipment, products and services
- Document all customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction when resolving product or service related issues
- Proactively provide customer support by monitoring accounts, services and devices
- Process customer requests, orders and tickets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years’ experience in a call center or technical assistance role
- Strong Microsoft software experience: Windows, Office, etc.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Experience with basic computer hardware, tablet/mobile hardware, software and networking
- Experience with audio, video, or network installation is preferred
- Experience in a multitasking environment operating under time constraints
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong technical aptitude, problem solving and documentation skills
- Able to manage against deadlines and deliver assignment on time
- Able to learn quickly while following written and verbal instructions
- Working knowledge of computer, audio, and video related hardware
