Financial Services - Full-time / Part-time

LOCATION: Redmond, WA

SALARY: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour DOE

HOURS: SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Finance Coordinator will be doing full-cycle cash posting/accounts receivable. This is a long-term temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Handles posting of domestic and international cash receipts
• Daily balancing of bank transmission upload to the A/R system
• Reconciling bank accounts from General Ledger
• Processing unclaimed property and credit refunds
• Assist in interacting with auditors regarding audit selection
• Posting of customer account adjustments including offsets and write offs
• Ensure and identify invoices print within daily batches
• Assist domestic and international A/R team to resolve cash application issues
• Frequent contact with bank to discuss cash deposit issues
• Identify cash receipt discrepancies
• Contact customers seeking remittance information ensuring accurate and timely cash application
• Ability to post large volume of cash transactions via online banking, as well as manual posting cash transactions for US currency
• Foreign cash posting experience a plus, including EUR, GBP, and other European currencies
• Ability to handle a large volume of email adjustments, and write offs
