Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.



 



Primary Functions



 



Responsible for assisting in the warehousing, loading and unloading of delivery trucks.



 



 



Job Description



 



Responsibilities include loading trucks, maintaining/cleaning the warehouse and insuring inventory accuracy.



 



 



Principal and Continuing Responsibilities



 



1) Adheres to all safety checks and rules specified



2) Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities, (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc….)



3) Assemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner



4) Rotate products in the proper “first in, first out” method in accordance with Mondelez product rotation guidelines.



5) Capable of operating forklifts and pallet jacks.



6) Unload returned product and integrated advertising display material in it’s designated area in accordance to Branch guidelines.



7) Reports to work at assigned schedule start time promptly.



8) Performs other duties as directed



9) Must have flexibility with hours worked Monday through Friday



10) Consults with immediate supervisor concerning issues, unusual problems or developments, and clarification on direction and scope of efforts.



11) Follows all applicable Safety and Health policies and practices and informs immediate supervisor about unsafe or unhealthy conditions observed in the workplace.




Qualifications

Key Competencies




  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Willing to become forklift certified

  • Reliable transportation

  • Team player and positive attitude

  • Willing to retain a CDL 



 



Job-Specific Requirements




  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.

  • Basic math skills to balance receipts each day.

  • Ability to use scanning equipment.

  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently.

  • Past warehouse experience
