HOME REHABILITATION INTAKE SPECIALIST
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittston is seeking applicants for a temporary, part-time Home Rehabilitation Intake Specialist. The Home Rehab Intake Specialist is responsible for the administration of the HOME & CDBG Home Rehabilitation Program. Experience and working knowledge of these programs administered by DCED & HUD is strongly desired. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for all intake and income verifications to qualify low and moderate income homeowner's for the Rehab Program, coordination between inspectors, homeowners and contractors and other related work.
