MAINTENANCE REPAIR

Part-time Maintenance Trenton Housing Authority, consisting of approximately 1,500 units of public housing, is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Maintenance worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for the daily repairs and upkeep of the property, preparation of vacant units for occupancy, completion of work orders for electrical, appliance repairs, plumbing, and other related tasks. This individual may also be responsible for after-hour and emergency on-call coverage. The position requires that the applicant possess a High School diploma or GED, a minimum of two (2) years experience in the repair and maintenance of multi-family residential housing units and related dwelling equipment or construction, and a driver's license valid in New Jersey.
