Summary

From the 27th floor of the Comcast Center in Philadelphia the Comcast Digital Team operates one of the 15 most-visited web properties in the United States. This team of digital marketers, designers, developers and strategists are constantly monitoring and optimizing the site to realize business goals and provide geo-targeted solutions to customers across the country.

The Digital Executive Assistant position is responsible for providing administrative support to senior management of the Comcast Digital Business. Responsible for coordinating multiple projects, including orchestrating meetings, facilitating travel, and overseeing key events for the Comcast Digital Business.

Core Responsibilities

* Provides administrative support including research and various projects.

* Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.

* Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel.

* Managing day-to-day operations of the office. Keeping the executive on track for meetings, appointments, etc.

* Must be able to deal effectively with Senior Leadership of the Company and their offices.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Years Experience-Generally requires 2-5 years related experience

Duties realted to the department:

* Screens telephone calls, visitors, and letters; answers routine

questions and furnishes information.

* Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of internal meetings

and presentations; gathers and prepares necessary materials and/or

equipment.

* Assures the planning and coordination of the executive's calendar of

events; schedules appointments and prepares detailed itineraries,

complete with travel accommodations, etc.

* Assures the maintenance of travel and expense account and records,

including form preparation and figure reconciliation.

* Displays a strong knowledge of desktop tools such as the Microsoft

Suite of Office products and electronic mail systems.

* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work

nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
