About this job

As a customer car specialist you will be the voice of the company feilding calls, emails and live chats from customers accross the country. The ideal customer care specialist is caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service daily.
Must be able to commit and be flexable to a full time schedule (possible 8-10hrs shifts)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6 months experience within a retail environment preferred
- excellent telephone and written communication skils required
- must be able to score sucessfully a on a skill assesment
- ability to work a set schedule with required overtime as business need
- flexibility during peak hours and severe weather
- able to work in a fast pace environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency
- demonstrate manaement skills and maintain a professional composure
- understanding of computer systems, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance.
