Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions

Under general direction, serves as staff assistant to the Deputy Director of the Office of Community Assistance; serves as liaison with other agency units and offices; conducts and coordinates studies and special projects; assists with developing and formatting information relative to the planning of the budget; schedules appointments and meetings; updates manual and automated records.

Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Minimum Requirements:Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration. Requires one year of professional experience in a public or private organization, or completion of an agency approved professional management training program.

Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact:8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday -- Friday, Days off: Saturday/Sunday
