General Manager

Established, high volume fast food restaurant (fried chicken) in the Orlando, Florida area seeks an ambitious General Manager to take over store operations. The ideal candidate knows and understands the restaurant business and has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar setting. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can take advantage of our competitive bonus structure for the benefit of both the restaurant and him or herself. You will be responsible for hiring crew members, training, scheduling, inventory, ordering supplies, budgeting expenses and managing customer care, complying with local and federal health department codes as well as maintaining corporate standards. Candidate must be willing to travel for 4- 6 weeks of paid training at one of our training stores. Must also be able to pass background check and drug test. Salary based on experience
