We are offering up to a $200 bonus to all returning employees and up to a $250 bonus to any associate scheduled to Night Shift. Staff Management has been providing full-time positions to Vitro (PGW, LLC) in Tipton, PA for over 10 years. Vitro Tipton is a tier one supplier in the automotive industry for companies such as Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, Mercedes, and more! We ensure our automotive glass products are of the highest quality and are delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Associates will be loading and unloading glass products on assembly lines. Conducting Inspection of glass products for quality assurance. Packing glass products into appropriate shipping containers. Production Associates will have production goals to meet and having a positive attitude is welcomed.

You do not need any experience to apply with us. We work 12 hours shifts, three to four days a week. We have four shifts; two DAY shifts (6a-6p) and two NIGHT shifts (6p-6a). Must pass hair follicle drug test and background check. Production Associates must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
