Position Summary:

Perform tasks critical to project management, financial analysis and lean processes; research new business opportunities. Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of corporate business plans. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
• Contribute to overall divisional business planning processes, applying a current knowledge and future vision of business trends as related to the organization's competitive position
• Work with senior management to develop competitive strategies and plans as they relate to Pharmacy and The Little Clinic’s employer strategy, new market development and other new business initiatives
• Coordinate the implementation of collaborative efforts with key stakeholders to achieve company objectives
• Coordinate with senior management to meet with qualified prospects to present the company’s credentials and/or identify/discuss specific opportunities for future partnerships
• Create and maintain documents related to business strategy and project management
• Perform tasks related to data entry and database management and the management of contract documents; provide minimal accounting assistance
• Network and foster strong relationships with General Office teams
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• 3 years of successful/progressive experience in a retail corporate support or corporate healthcare environment supporting strategic business planning

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Project management experience
