Administrative Assistant in Financial Department

PrideStaff Financial, a recruiting firm specializing in accounting and financial positions, is seeking a detail-oriented and driven administrative assistant for a growing client of ours. In this position, you will be responsible for handling a variety of duties for client’s array of customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inputting and matching invoices
  • Data Entry
  • Creating correspondence
  • Excellent communication skills and follow-up with customers/clients
  • Updating database with current customer information and notes
  • Filing and assisting with phone management
  • Collections
Job Requirements

You must have an eye-for-detail. You must also have prerequisite knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, creating billing reports, and other office procedures and terminology.

Additional requirements include:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
