THIS IS A 3-4 MONTH CONTRACT

Purpose

This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment which includes partnering with hiring managers to determine talent needs, identifying talent using various recruiting sources, social media and internet sourcing techniques, effectively screening talent and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.

Essential Functions
  • Work with field operations to determine store staffing needs and build candidate pipelines to meet the staffing needs
  • Direct source and screen for store leadership positions including scheduling candidates for face to face interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Communicate with hiring managers regularly to build relationships and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Job Requirements

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or General Business (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company (corporate or retail environment preferred)
  • High-volume recruiting experience in a corporate or retail environment preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
