Description

Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for Managing Dr Pepper Snapple external vendors to insure quality, timely and low cost repairs.

Position Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing all outside service vendor repairs including body repairs.

2. Schedule and coordinate outside vendor work, work orders and issue PO numbers.

3. Process service account payments and tracking parts invoices.

4. Assist in the setup and completion of quarterly parts inventory counts.

5. Train mechanics as needed on parts ordering and proper inventory controls.

6. Process SAP part number requests.

7. Order parts for each fleet shop and review monthly parts statements.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Must have high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

· 2 years previous Fleet Operations experience

· 1 year SAP experience

· 1 year advanced MS Office

· 1 year of working knowledge of DOT/CHP regulations
