Counter Sales and Service - Full-time / Part-time

 

A local company is searching for a Counter Sales & Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in working with existing and potential clients. Our growing business allows our work environment for the Counter Sales & Service Representative to be fast-paced and customer service centered. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up calls. Part of what makes working here great is how we support one another, staying informed of industry trends and keeping the sales team in the positon to act in the best interest of our customers. This role works independently with custom company software, and the ability to type 30+ words per minute and embrace phone etiquette is essential. This small family-oriented company is growing fast - it’s important to point out that they do tend to promote from within, and the right person can grow within this company. Our Counter Sales & Service Representative is vital to growing the book of business here.
