GENERAL SUMMARY: The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the timely fulfillment of orders by providing support services to inside and outside sales, warehouse staff and sales coordinators. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Process sales orders to fulfill the needs of sales associates. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for printing all sales orders 3 days prior to delivery date. Distributes sales orders to Sales Coordinators for scheduling and tracks flow of orders to accounting and warehouse. * Uses computer database to stock check availability of merchandise and verify serial numbers before shipping. * Distributes route sheets & incomplete delivery sheets to Sales Coordinators and other offices as required. * Checks-in each driver daily to determine completion of sales order/delivery and/or reschedules to assure completion of order. * Bills all product and installations on a daily basis. * Accurately enters product information (model numbers, serial numbers, quantities, etc.) data daily of information received and/or submitted by the warehouse. * Prints invoices and receiving reports at the end of each day. * Researches delivery and inventory errors. Corrects errors or assigns someone to correct errors such as model number, etc. and reenters correct information. * Ethics: Treats people with respect and keeps commitments. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school desired. * Six months to one year related experience. * Excellent communication skills. * Strong computer skills; MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
