Are you looking for a fun winter job? Do you want to move to the mountains for a season? Looking for a seasonal position that allows you to spend most days either waste deep in pow on the Backside or smashing terrain park laps with the homies? Want to make new friends from near and far? Northstar Sports is the marquee rental shop at Northstar, and we hire upwards of one hundred employees from all over this great country, and abroad, to staff this high-volume location. We are seeking fun, enthusiastic and professional candidates to join our team for the 2017/18 Season. No industry experience? No problem, we are seeking candidates who have a positive attitude and an aptitude for great guest service. We will teach you anything and everything else you need to know!

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Operate multiple point-of-sale systems
  • Sell guest their rentals and retail products 
  • Sell ski school packages
  • Sell daily lift tickets and season passes 
• GUIDE guest through their rental experience
  • Fit for boots, skis or boards and polls
• Ensure guests are equipped with anything they may need to create a mind-blowing day on the hill
• Follow all Vail Resorts Retail policies and procedures
• Serve Others, Drive Value, Do Right, Do Good, Be Safe and ....
• Most importantly; HAVE FUN!!

Qualifications:

• English fluency - Required
• Passionate, enthusiastic and Customer Focused - Required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights and weekends - Required
• Basic Computer Skills - Required

• Passion for the snowsports industry - Preferred
