Mfg Associate East Mold

Our Waukesha County Manufacturing client has multiple, immediate needs, on all shifts for associates.

Outstanding company offers full training with minimum of 6 months previous manufacturing experience.

 

          1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings

          Based on the shift and job duties: Wages are $11 - $12.75/hr. plus 2nd or 3rd shift premium

 

Requirements:

          High School Diploma or GED

          Reliable transportation not on a bus line

          6 months previous manufacturing experience

          Experience in the plastics industry a plus but not mandatory

 

Duties:

          Operate machines to perform standardized operations such as assembly, molding, cutting, trimming, forming, crimping, punching, drilling, riveting, polishing, grinding, etc.

          Recognize defective materials and machine malfunctions.

          Observe continuous operation of machines to ensure that products meet specifications.

          Operate machines or assembly equipment to make parts or products.

          Read work orders, work instructions, formulas, or processing charts.

          Maintain production documentation.

          Position and secure inserts, hand loads and work pieces on machines.

          Remove finished products from machines, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment.

          Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects, using precision measuring instruments.

          File, deburr, sand, grind, or polish metal or plastic objects.

          Final packaging of products for shipment.

          Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.

Abilities:

          Good Manual dexterity

          Arm-Hand steadiness

          Good Vision the ability to see details at close range; must be able to see color

          Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds.
