About this job
The Reserves Network is recruiting Machine Operators for a stable and fast-growing company in Charlotte.
The required duties will vary by department and will include but are not limited to the following;
Weighing and mixing raw materials
Building furnaces
Preparing growth chambers
Fabricating rods per specification and production schedule
Follow technical work instructions and understand engineering blueprints
Fabricating rods per technical drawing
Maintaining a clean well organized work area
Experience and Skills Required:
Strong work ethic, ability to self start with minimal direction, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
Must demonstrate an understanding of measurement units in both Metric and Standard systems
Must have the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new hands-on processes
Experience with standard hand tools and measuring devices, calipers, rulers, and etc.
Ability to use specialized equipment, read detailed instructions, prints, and maintain written records.
Visual acuity and manual dexterity are required
