Crystal Lake Immediate Care Physicians is seeking a PA with experience in Emergency Medicine or Family medicine for a part time position at the Advocate Good Shepherd Immediate Care Center(CLICC) in Crystal Lake, IL. Days needed are Friday-Monday. Times are flexible but would prefer 10a-8p. Shifts will be 10h on avg but can be flexible with required hours based on applicant preference.
