Processing Supervisor - Full-time

FreshPro Food Distributors is a leading distributor of conventional produce, organics, and fresh cut products to supermarkets and food service institutions up and down the east coast.  We seek a full-time Processing Supervisor for our fresh cut operation.   Main Function: Assist Manager with functions of food processing including production and supervision.  Follows and fulfills production schedule based on pre-determined quantities and types of product.  Responsibilities will include supervising 70+ production associates; maintaining safety, sanitation and food handling standards while ensuring excellent quality of products.  Work week is Monday to Saturday, must be willing to change shifts as required.  Days off are Tuesday and Sunday.   Requirements: BILINGUAL in SPANISH is REQUIRED.
