Growing AMC (Association Management Company) is looking for a Logistics/Registration Manager to work onsite at client events in NJ, NYC, CT and MA. Events could be breakfasts, luncheons or evening receptions and vary in size, duration and venue.  Requirements: Must be personable Top-notch customer service skills Greet attendees at the registration desk with a smile Comfortable with technology - printing nametags onsite, processing payments, setting up AV equipment (PowerPoints, Laptop, LCD Projector, testing microphones) and changing PowerPoint slides. Comfortable carrying and setting up (and packing up) all event materials for registration, information table, handouts, etc. reconciling the Excel sheet for each event and emailing to approriate Admininstrator in a timely manner. Organized, dedicated, loyal and must arrive on time an be ready to assist members! Flexible - some months will have multiple events, some months may have one or none.
