Providence is calling a Diabetes Educator to Providence Medical Group in Everett, WA.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is caring, patient focused to provide education and support to diabetes patients and their families.
In this position you will:
* Serve as a nursing role model, teacher and coach.
* Provide nutrition and diabetes education to outpatients of all ages, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.
* Serve as a clinical resource to nursing staff.
Required qualifications for this position include:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State
* Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE)
* Experience as an RN in a hospital setting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
* Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
