We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales for our Real Estate Event Portfolio. Our portfolio of real estate professional markets includes the world’s leading property trade show, MIPIM, and its sister market, MIPIM Asia, held in Hong Kong, which focuses on the Asia-Pacific region; MIPIM UK, the 1st UK property trade show gathering all professionals looking to close deals in the UK property market and MIPIM Japan, the 1st real estate forum for Japanese and global leaders, joining together property and finance professionals from all asset classes. The MAPIC trade show is dedicated to the retail real estate sector.The VP Sales Director is responsible for developing the American CA for the Real Estate Division of ReedMIDEM (global leader in professional tradeshows MIPIM, MAPIC, PropTech).This includes:- establishing and implementing sales strategies, sales productivity standards and measurement tools, align with the ReedMIDEM global strategy - managing and maintaining the client portfolio and relationships (exhibitor, visitor, sponsorship, and advertising sales) - Identifying and developing new business (prospecting and closing new clients). - contributing to the marketing and communication strategy for the American market and lobbying with key opinion-leaders. - overseeing the implementation of signed contracts (contract processing, payment collection, hotel allocations, stand organization, etc.). - maintaining relations and communication with ReedMIDEM Head office based in Paris - managing and developing a team of Sales professional. Including setting target, managing performance, developing skills and recruiting.
College degree required or equivalent business experience

10 years experience in sales and management

Trade show or event industry experience required

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish and/or French a plus
