Aux D??lices Gourmet Foods???? PRODUCTION CHEF We support four gourmet food shops, one cafeteria and catering events in Fairfield and Westchester counties from our commissary in Stamford, CT. This position will work at our commissary location. Responsibilities include helping and manage the commissary as well as the kitchens of all stores and cafeterias that Aux D??lices owns and manages (currently 5).
