We currently have immediate openings in the following areas:
Northeast Phoenix, North & South Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, New River, Anthem and Desert Hills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide one on one non medical care to clients in the comfort of their own home or place of residence. Follow the plan of care which may include the following items listed below:
Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting.
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and lifting
Provide companionship, conversation, and mental stimulation.
Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming
Encourage exercise, hydration, and medication reminders.
Accompany client on errands or Dr. visits.
Observe, document, and report changes in client condition.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months caregiving experience is preferred. (Our Synergy office is willing to provide training to qualified applicants)
Current CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred before applying and or (our Synergy office can provide the certification class to qualified applicants)
Must have current TB test results within the last 12 months.
Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle for transportation.
And able to obtain a Class 1 Finger Print Card
