Fulfilling a Need for Senior Care Services
We have an immediate need for a full-time Client Care Coordinator/HHS Administrator.
Responsibilities Include:
- Working with prospective clients, current clients and family members of clients
- Overseeing development, execution, and adherence of HHS policies and procedures
- Relationship building with facilities and other partners in client care
- Assess care needs, create and oversee client care plans
- Perform periodic Quality Assurance (QA) visits.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HHS policy and procedure
- Collaborative approach for working with an interactive and dynamic team.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fact paced environment
- RN or PRN experience a plus
- Experience in home care and/or client management preferred but not required
We are located in Benbrook, TX. Company car provided for travel in and around the Ft. Worth area for conducting QA visits and client care related meetings and appointments.
