About this job

Restaurant Maintenance Technician- This person must have a general knowledge of restaurant cooking, refrigeration and holding equipment.  An understanding of basic electrical and plumbing systems is a plus.   Duties include, but not limited to, preventative maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting equipment problems, cold and hot hold equipment,general repair and cleaning to said equipment and be on call for emergencies as well as acting as a liaison with our vendor relationships.  Certifications a plus, but not required.  Training provided.
