About this job

City Baking Co. is looking for experienced kitchen staff to help oversee various aspects of daily production. 

The ideal candidate will need to have a general understanding of how a production bakery or kitchen works.

We are actively seeking hard working experienced candidates that will bring their knowledge of production baking to our company and are willing to grow within our system. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce various types of products including but not limited to muffins, croissants, bread, cookies, and scones
  • Daily functions may including scaling, mixing, scooping, shaping and baking
  • Follow standards and procedures for GMP’s and QA

Requirements

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
  • A minimum of 1 year previous bakery production preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Work on your feet for 8 hours per day
  • Be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Full-time position
  • Experience with batters, yeasted doughs, laminated doughs a plus

This position pays $15-$18 per hour based on experience
