About this job

Kitchen Managers lead the food team in training and execution of our menus. Ideal candidates for this position show passion for quality ingredients, and should be able to clearly articulate our belief in regionally sourced quality ingredients, classic cooking techniques with a wood burning oven, sauté or plancha. Must be able to effectively manage daily ordering and storage of ingredients, maintain relationships with food vendors, manage PAR levels, and enforce quality and food safety standards.

Stocking a sufficient level of product for smooth execution
