Usual hourrs will be 7:30am-3:30pm M-F. Some flexibility is required, especially around the holidays.
Description:
- Scrapes and rinses dirty dishes and washes them by hand, ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans & trays by hand. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Cleans garbage cans
- Helps load and unload supplies and products
- Performs other duties as assigned
