Provide administrative support to the Distribution Management team. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity,diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate routine emails, calendar entries, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
  • Process Associate Payroll in KRONOS
  • Assist managers with communications for associates as requested.
  • Schedule and send notifications of associate training meetings. Monitor and track training hours charged to training wage accounts.
  • Maintain Associate Records
  • Benefits & Orientation
  • Process Vendor Payments
  • Provide communications to Hourly Associates regarding benefit changes.
  • Order supplies from Vendors.
  • Track and maintain budgets.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiencies in Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, present information in a professional manner and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven personal initiative and follow through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy when dealing with people.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
