Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day safe selection and loading of product to our stores. Monitors productivity and efficiency level for shipping warehouse associates and ensures on time load seals. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicate with fellow supervisors and Assistant Manager on daily operational activities.
• Responsible for safety key performance indicators (Safety reviews, safety meetings, BRI and LP plans).
• Review daily production and manpower requirements and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure that production has adequate supply of shipping materials.
• Responsible for reviewing productivity and issuing corrective action when necessary
• Responsible for training and development of hourly associates.
• Responsible for shipping dock procedures, performance and continuous improvement
• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• 3 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Management training required.
• Good communication.
• Available to work any hours or days (including weekends and nights).
• Must be willing to work in any and all locations including Compton, Glendale, Paramount and Riverside.
• Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environment.

Desired Previous Job Experience

• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years in previous position.
