Cutter Operator Job Brief
As a Cutter Operator, you will maintain and operate a programable, high productivity precision cutting machine. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. This position is physically demanding, and requires bending, lifting of an average of 10 pounds and twisting continually throughout the workday.
A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. You should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential, the goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities
· Choose proper program to start production cycle
· Control and adjust all settings to ensure you are producing highest quality product
· Inspect product for quality defects
· Test operation of machines periodically
· Fix issues that might occur during the shift
· Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Requirements
· Prior experience as a machine operator
· Understanding of production procedures
· Adherence to health and safety regulations
· Intermediate math skills
· Analytical skills
· Attention to detail
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Physical stamina and strength
· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay rate: $11.00
Hours: Start on day shift for training 8-4:30pm for approx 3 weeks. and will move to evening shift 3pm - 11:30pm
