Job Summary:
A Grand Rapids company has a full-time opening for a Customer Care Representative to work in their busy office environment exceeding the needs of customer expectations. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries on orders, products, and pricing and process the order using the company computer system. Successful candidates are detail oriented and able to meet the high accuracy rates of data entry and conversation functionalities for this position. Candidates with professional phone voice, communication, multi-tasking, problem solving skills, and willing to build their knowledge of the company products are successful in this role. Customer Care Representatives work in a department focused on executing the company plan in order to achieve daily and monthly goals in a growing team environment.
Location: Grand Rapids SE
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $ 14.00 per hour
Schedule: Training hours- 8:30am to 5:00pm, once fully trained 10:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of related customer care experience managing customer accounts is required
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills
- Professional phone voice and strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
